Hi everyone, had my physio appointment Friday to try and sort out my pain in the neck!! She seems to think its a trapped nerve causing the problems and jiggled me around, did ease while I was there, but as soon as I got outside just felt the same!!!!

Anyway, she has given me some excercises to do and then I go back in 2 weeks. I did mention that it started in my arm and has only recentl manifested itself in my neck and I have had neck problems onthe other side (with ra) which has now calmed down.

Quite honestly, I dont care whether its a nerve, ra or just old age! I just want it to go!!
